Customs France: change for RTC applications on 1 January 2021

CUSTOMS

Since 1 January 2021, requests for tariff binding information (RTC) should no longer be addressed to the Directorate-General for Customs and Indirect Rights (DGDDI) in Paris.

The RTC applications are now managed by the National Customs Service for Reimbursement and Issuance of Binding Tariff Information (SND2R) located in Metz.

Consequently, samples submitted in support of applications established via SOPRANO must be sent to:
