PEM Agreement (pan-Euro-Mediterranean) & EUR1: new rules and strengthened controls
Since 1 January 2026, only the revised rules of the EMP Convention apply, marking the end of the EUR-MED certificates for the benefit of EUR1 and the declaration of origin on invoice.
