New remote services: digital service
Remote... but close to you! Initiated in 2016 thanks to our digital transformation, the remote service offering of the ACTE International took on its full meaning at the time of confinement.
The technicians, experts and trainers of ACTE International have created new operating, pedagogical and/or collaborative methods so as not to interrupt the service and the link with our clients, mostly in teleworking!
- OurTraining daysare more interactive training courses, more digitised but also increasing the exchange of good practice between learners. Our teaching methods have been validated by training and certification bodies.
- Ourexpertise and support missions in fashion « coaching »managed in a dedicated collaborative space, promote the transfer of know-how and autonomy, thus reducing the time taken to appropriate methods and tools. Containment has had a tremendous effect on the availability of some teams with whom it has been possible to move even faster on expert missions.
- Thedematerialised management of customs and logistics operations, guarantees fluidity, continuity and security of service. What to inspire our clients and make them want to entrust us with the deployment and management of their DCN (National Centralized Customs Clearance).
Our web seminars are on course!
In the near future, ACTE International will be hosting free web seminars for its customers and its entire ecosystem, on all key topics of international trade in general, and supply chain management in particular.
A showroom of our international trade skills, our webinars have until now been designed to make operational and technical aspects of international regulations accessible in a didactic and popular way.
