Small is beautiful ... Thanks to ETHIC Intelligence for inviting the ACTE International Group to speak on the theme « Third Parties: due diligence vs ISO 37001 certification » at the OECD High Level Conference on « Anti-corruption standards and guidelines ».

Special thanks to Judd Hesselroth, Director of the Anti-Corruption Programme, Office of Legal Compliance, Microsoft USA, as moderator of the panel, for giving Anne LE ROLLAND, CEO Group, the opportunity to prove that SMEs can be strong partners in the prevention of corruption.

It was an honour to be part of this panel of large companies from different countries with Annick Janssens, Deputy Director for Ethics, Compliance and Confidentiality at ENGIE France, Rauno Hoffmann, Head of Compliance and Compliance Policy, Novartis, Switzerland, Paul Clifford, Associate Director, Compliance, EMEA, Twitter Ireland, and Dean Blagden., Head of Compliance, Business Integrity & Compliance, CDC Group plc, United Kingdom.

The opportunity to reiterate that, whatever the size of the enterprise, cooperation between enterprises is probably the most effective system for preventing corruption.

To go further...

In France and abroad, our experts support companies in the creation and deployment of their anti-corruption measures: legal obligation (Law Sapin 2, FCPA or UKBA), normative framework (ISO 37001), commercial requirement (customers or suppliers), or the desire for excellence of managers, etc. ACTE International guarantees a field, operational and calibrated approach to each organization!
