Strike in French ports: the movement is suspended until September
Due to the political context, the trade unions decided to stop the strikes originally planned in the French ports until the end of June. Resumed complaints on 26 and 27 September.
After surgery « Port Dead » of 24 hours that mobilized 700 dockers and port agents and paralyzed the French ports Friday 7 June, then a strike particularly well followed yesterday, Wednesday 12 June, the movements announced by the end of June or even July should finally be suspended. Trade unions that have initiated these actions find themselves without contact to whom to address their demands at the governmental level, following the dissolution of the National Assembly.
So your goods should be able to move better this summer.
However, notice of strike has already been fixed for a48 consecutive hours stoppage of work on 26 and 27 September. We will keep you informed of any future disruptions.
