Certification Exporter Approved, what is it?

Since 2006, the Moroccan Administration of Customs and Indirect Taxes (ADII) has set up a programme for the approval of economic operators, allowing for the granting ofstatus of Approved Economic Operatorto stakeholders in the external trade chain.

For importing and/or exporting companies wishing to benefit from concrete advantages for their international operations, the first step is to seek their categorisation from the customs administration. Depending on your profile,two types of approval « A » or « B » are planned.

To whom is the approved exporter certification granted?

To French and Community companies exporting outside the European Union, to countries with which the EU has preferential customs agreements to reduce or abolish customs duties on importation.

What are the main benefits of certified exporter certification?

• Documentary and administrative management of simplified exports and faster to countries benefiting from preferential agreements with the European Union.
  
• Abolition of publishing obligations EUR1 and EURMED certificates paper version
• Declaration of Origin on Invoice (DOF) without value limitation
• Removal of the visa stage by French Customs
• Reduction of customs controls on origin : the company is recognized as reliable on a scale of accreditation
• Reliability of sales prices by the Control of customs duties paid by customers
