ACTE International joins Militzer & Münch France

ACTE International, a service company specialising in international trade since 1995, celebrated its quarter-century with a notable success despite the global pandemic. This was the deadline set by Anne LE ROLLAND (founder and CEO) to ensure the successful transfer and secure a bright future of the company and that’s exactly what has been achieved! From 19 May 2021, the Isère-based SME will be combining its start-up agility in Global Supply Chain Management with the operational strength of Militzer & Münch France.

By selling all the group’s shares to M&M France, ACTE International has elected to consolidate its core business within a key player in international logistics and transport.

Internationally

  • In 2016, ACTE International decided to base its first subsidiary in Morocco, having set its sights on expansion into Africa: this strategy will draw on M&M France’s experience and achievements in the entire Maghreb zone (10 sites including 3 subsidiaries in Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco).
  • ACTE International will bring its 25 years of operational experience in Asia and North America and its network of local partners to bolster M&M France’s overseas activities.
  • ACTE International’s strategic cross-trade scenarios will benefit from M&M France’s experience in countries with complex regulations, such as Algeria and Turkey.

« We can’t wait to start working with ACTE International’s teams. Their agility, their digital culture and their audit, consultancy and training skills in the field of global supply chain management, will be of enormous benefit to M&M France. ACTE International can count on M&M and its operational strength and structures in France, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. Discussing our respective market expertise and pooling our networks will, I am convinced, be very fruitful.» (G. de Laage de Meux, MD M&M France)

In France

  • ACTE International’s consultancy services in international trade, regulatory affairs and training modules (face-to-face and/or online) will be offered to M&M France’s customers who will thus benefit from having an “operation-consultancy-training” one-stop shop.
  • The customs teams will pool their resources in order to pursue the development of innovative solutions and to manage them Europe-wide.
  • ACTE International will be able to turn to M&M France’s subsidiaries located throughout the national territory, to offer integrated logistics solutions.
  • Within M&M France, ACTE International will contribute its digital culture and will be involved in the development of digital tools geared to the latest challenges in global supply chain management.
