TRANSIT and TIR: dematerialization via Prodouane on 28/11/2018

CUSTOMS

The granting of simplifications in transit and international road transport (TIR) as well as requests for approval of TIR vehicles is deployed via the Prodouane teleservice as of 28 November 2018.

The French customs administration continues the dematerialisation of customs procedures in accordance with the principle laid down in the Union Customs Code (CDU).

DGDI announces the launch of theSOPRANO – TRANSIT / TIRwhich allows 100% online processing of company transit and/or TIR authorisation applications.

Applications for relevant authorisations:

Authorized sender transit
Sealed with a special model
Approved consignee Transit and TIR
TIR vehicle approval
Electronic transport document
