Sourcing: labour shortages in Eastern Europe?

GSCM
20 million Eastern Europeans have emigrated since 1990: Poland is now recruiting in Bangladesh, Nepal and Belarus!
By 2025, Poland It is expected to lose 2.7 million people of working age: since 1990, 5.5% of the population in the eastern countries migrated to the western European regions.
The Hungary has already adopted a law increase the authorized overtime.
Despite an anti-migrant speech, Poland has no choice but to rely on the Foreign labour force originating in Belarus (1 to 2 million would already work in Poland), Nepal and Bangladesh.
