CSR France: Transposition of the Extra-Financial Reporting Directive

The text of the transposition of the European Extra-Financial Reporting Directive was published in the OJRF on 21/07/2017

Order No 2017-1180 of 19 July 2017 on the publication of non-financial information by certain large companies and groups of undertakings has just been published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

An implementing order must follow and a draft ratification of the order must be tabled in Parliament within 3 months.
