The ECHA has developed a 7-phase roadmap to help companies do the best they can to register.
INERIS (Under the auspices of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidary Transition), has made available on its website an educational material dedicated to enterprises with a view to next deadline for the registration of chemicals under REACH as of 1 June 2018 (cf. Atmopshere International of March 2017).
The document available for download that presents an overview of the recording process is entitled: « One successful recording in 7 phases« .
Many French-language materials are available on the website of INERIS, including educational videos on the REACH process:

RECALL
The European REACH Regulation requires all manufacturers and importers of substances (including substances imported in the form of mixtures) to register more than 1 tonne per year with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
The most dangerous substances (e.g. CMR) and manufactured or imported at more than 100 tonnes/year must already be registered in order to be placed on the market.
The REACH Regulation provides for three registration deadlines for pre-registered substances. The final deadline of 1 June 2018 is for substances manufactured or imported in very small quantities (between 1 and 100 tonnes/year).
If they were not registered before 1 June 2018, they will no longer be placed on the market. This deadline mainly concerns small businesses.
