OAS: 2017 Statistics of Approved Economic Operators

CUSTOMS

The European Commission has published the 2017 figures on the number of OAS certified companies in the European Union and in particular in France.

In 2017, 796 companies, 136 of which were French, were certified as a Certified Economic Operator (OAS) in the European Union.

A total of 15,431 companies are now approved as OAS in Europe: 1,555 in France, including 909 full OAS (Customs simplifications + security/safety).

Recall that one of the objectives of the plan « Customs clearance in France » is to reach a rate of 80% of foreign trade operations carried out by OAS in 2018.
