EU COMBINED NOMENCLATURE : amendment of the explanatory notes

OJEU 2017/C 305/05 has updated the Explanatory Notes to the EU Combined Nomenclature by inserting a text concerning HS 9615

« Hair combs, hair combs, strip and the like; hairpins, wreath-pins, undulators, bigoudis and the like, other than those of heading 8516, and parts thereof ».

In particular, these notes clarify the classification of «Bars and similar articles» highlighting the different possible positions according to the constituent material.
