After a year and a half of accompaniment, the deadline that we had set for ourselves comes to an end: on 1 January 2023, I will definitely entrust my company to those who have accepted responsibility!
The company of tomorrow will not be like the one I founded in 1995.
The scope of the trades has evolved, the global context has carried out a dramatic reversal of the forces involved, citizen expectations have entered the companies, the distanciel, the result of the health obligation of social distancing takes precedence over the physical contact, the digital premium over the telephone contact and offers an unlimited source of information and training, the leaders, managers of teams and employees aspire to new ways of managing... a human capital that is scarce !
