Information export part of DELTA IE

CUSTOMS

Since 14 December 2025, the date of deployment of the DELTA IE platform, an exceptional technical situation has affected the export component of the system.

This malfunction affects all Registered Customs Representatives (RDOs) and is currently disrupting the processing of export declarations.
At this stage, the export component of DELTA IE does not allow for proper reporting, while the new system to replace ECS Output (SDS) is not yet fully operational.

Pending a resolution, it is recommended to anticipate and prepare alternative evidence in order to justify export operations.

Customs is actively working on the deployment of corrective updates to stabilize the platform. We will monitor the situation closely and keep our customers informed of any developments.

This situation, independent of our will, affects the entire customs ecosystem. Our teams remain fully mobilized to support our clients and answer their questions.
