Import USA: Additional customs duties change on 01/05/2018

CUSTOMS

Publication in the EU OJ of 25/04/2018 of the delegated Regulation amending Council Regulation (EC) No 673/2005 imposing additional customs duties on imports of certain products originating in the United States of America.

Reduced additional customs duties to 0.3% (up from 4.3%) on the following originating products:

0710 40 00: Sweet corn
6204 62 31: Women's or girls' trousers and panties, other than working, of cotton, of woven fabrics « denim »
8705 10 00: Crane trucks
ex 9003 19 00: Frames for spectacles or the like, of base metal

The Regulation shall apply from 1 May 2018.
