Who is this RDUE training for?
This training is intended for customs directors and officials, customs declarants, CSR managers, QHSE, legal and procurement officials. No prerequisites are required: it is designed to provide a common framework for these transverse functions on the RDUE device.
Which products are affected by the EUDR?
The EU RD covers a list of products identified by their customs nomenclature: wood and derived products, soya, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, beef and rubber. The timetable for application and the flows concerned (import, export, intra-Community) are detailed in formation.
How does reasonable diligence work?
Rational due diligence is based on three pillars: information to be communicated (geolocation, traceability), risk assessment of deforestation, and mitigation measures. It differs from the duty of vigilance. The training offers a practical introduction to these three stages.
