Export Bangladesh : Advance Cargo Manifest on 01/08/2019

TRANSPORT

As of August 1, 2019, exporters will be required to forward Advance Cargo Manifest to Bangladesh Customs 24 hours prior to the arrival of the goods.

This Import Cargo Manifest (e-IGM) must contain the following information and transmitted under standard messages FWB(master) / FHL(hawb):

Specific description of the goods quantity
Number and packing description
Origin and destinations (stations)
Name/Address of shipper and order
Customs value declared to the authorities (as per invoice)

NB : The declaration of value for customs purposes of the goods must be entered on the airwaybill/FWB for direct shipments and on House/FHL for grouping.
