DELTA IE: the export component officially available!

Since 4 November 2025, the DTI version accessible via Prodouane is now available, allowing for the completion of export clearance procedures.

This entry into service marks the start of the countdown towards 14 December 2025, when DELTA G and DELTA X will be permanently abandoned.

With this transition, France completes the deployment of DELTA IE and prepares its integration into the Centralized Community Customs Clearance (DCC). This will allow the declaratory flows to be separated from physical flows: operators will be able to deposit their declarations with an office in their Member State of establishment, while presenting their goods at any customs office in the European Union.

However, this deployment takes place in a complex operational context, marked by persistent difficulties on the import side. These issues strongly involve operators such as the customs ecosystem and delay the launch of operational tests for the Export component, with resources primarily focused on resolving ongoing incidents.

To date, the Export-specific Official Bulletin of Customs (ODB) has not yet been published, leaving crucial questions open, including new mandatory data such as the concept of carrier and its identification number. In order to facilitate the monitoring of the anomalies encountered, DGDDI has made available online a Diary of anomalies, accessible to all operators concerned.

The next delivery of patches is expected on November 18, 2025. It should provide the necessary stabilization for the application and allow for a more fluid use of the Export component.
