DELTA I/E: Customs communicates 100 % electronic clearance

On Tuesday 30 September, the Economic Action Poles (EAP) distributed the note to the operators published by the General Customs Directorate concerning the closure of the DELTA G customs clearance system.

Since 30 September, the customs clearance system DELTA G Should have been completely stopped for all import reporting flows.

Customs estimates that all corrections made since April have resulted in the removal of major anomalies that prevented the flow shift in the new system. However, it states that certain transactions can still be reported in DELTA G, namely:

  • operations carried out within the framework of a centralised national group customs clearance;
  • operations affected by anomalies that will be corrected in the next version, delivered on 7 October;
  • transactions for which it is impossible to indicate several FR2 VAT codes in schemes 42 (release for free circulation) and 63 (release for free circulation following temporary export arrangements);
  • operations on a case-by-case basis authorized by the local customs service.

Attention, these exceptions should not continue after October 15.

As from 16 October, all operations not declared in DELTA I will necessarily go through the emergency procedure..

Concerning the DELTA IE export componentthe commissioning of the latter is postponed from 15 October to 4 November 2025 with a complete tip date always on December 14.
