DELTA I/E: final change in import declarations scheduled for 30 September 2025
Blocking anomalies are being processed, and patch delivery has been planned. Corrections will be made, as far as possible and in order of priority, on 5 and 26 August and 9 and 23 September.
In this context, the final shift for import declarations is now scheduled for September 30, 2025. From that date, it will no longer be possible to issue import declarations in DELTA G/X.
For export declarations, the date of entry into service of DELTA I/E, export component and SDS (Community AES system) shall be 15 October 2025.
A two-month transition period will begin from that date. It will end on 14 December, beyond which the French appli cations (DELTA G/X export and ECS) will no longer be able to communicate with the systems of the other Member States, already in AES format.
During the transitional period, when ECS and AES systems will coexist, the exit of goods from Community territory will mean that any export declaration issued in DELTA G/X will be processed in ECS and any export declaration issued in DELTA I/E will be processed in AES (SDS).
Attention, the transitional period applies only to the filing of export declarations at French customs offices.
Under these conditions, a French declarant who has issued an export declaration in DELTA G/X with an exit office outside France will receive an exit certification message from the Community office concerned, converted to ECS format, so that DELTA G/X can process it. On the other hand, if the export declaration was issued in DELTA I/E, the Community office exit message will be sent in AES (SDS) format.
On 15 October 2025, export declarations issued in a Member State other than France, mentioning a French exit office, will be processed directly in the AES (SDS) format.
