Credit Various Operations (COD): Delta G and TRIGO disconnection postponed to 01/10/2018

DGDDI has decided to postpone to 01/10/2018 the disconnection of Delta G and TRIGO teleservices regarding flows impacting COD.

New reporting of flow disconnection « COD » between the DELTA tele-services and TRIGO, as part of the implementation of the new European Union Customs Code (CDU): the DGDDI informs that in view of the ongoing work within the EU on guarantees, the date of delivery of the evolution was postponed from 1 July 2018 to 1 October 2018.

Actuality of 06 February 2018 :

Monitoring and control of COD reference amount must be carried out by the economic operator by means of a material accounts and no longer by imputation of guarantees via Delt@ in TRIGO.

Following numerous questions from operators, this operation (initially scheduled for 01/03/2018) will finally be implemented on 1 July 2018.

An instruction to operators will be issued by DGDDI by the end of the first half of 2018 specifying the new modalities for monitoring the amount of security outside TRIGO.
