Customs classification: download of the modified customs nomenclatures for 2026
At the beginning of the year, as part of the updating of internal tools, the customs authorities make available downloadable files containing the creations and deletions of customs positions on their application.
In addition to our News of 6 November 2025 (), all updates including the creations and deletions of certain customs positions can be downloaded from European and national tools:
- On the RITA repository of French Customs: You can download the new positions directly to update your internal repository by clicking on the link « downloads » and selecting « Creations » then the filter « data changes« . Warning, to know the deleted positions, you will need to download the second file by selecting »deletions ».
- On the European application CIRCABC : You can access simultaneously the created and deleted positions by downloading the correlation table 2025-2026.
Please note: these files are useful for updating customs nomenclatures in companies' internal tools, but they do not pre-empt the verification that the positions correspond to the products to be declared.
