Double Use Goods (BDU) : new list as at 16/12/2017

CUSTOMS

Regulation (EU) 2017/2268 of 26/09/2017 published in OJEU L334 of 15/12/2017 amends Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 establishing a Community system for the control of exports, transfers, brokering and transit of dual-use goods (DUIs).

The amendments concern Annexes I, IIa to IIg and Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009
